Any international filmmaker from any place in the world is free to contact us - as long as he/she plans to shoot his/her feature film, documentary, TV commercial, corporate or music video in Moscow, St-Petersburg or any other city/village in Russia.
Our Film Office can help from A to Z – with location scouting, budgeting and schedule, visas, adaptation of script, casting, crew, permits, line-producing and anything else a filmmaker may need.
Our Film Office does not fund films but assists in all the ways stated above in making the production happen and be successful.
We have already provided services to half a dozen of features shot in the past few years and have already a few features and TV commercials scheduled for 2009/10.

We have local KNOWLEDGE and research competence. While the website offers users an image library with hundreds of photos to give the opportunity to view environment and identify locations, our experts give lots of useful ideas how to make a film here.
We do precise PLANNING. When images and ideas are put together we develop a plan of the forthcoming feature film, TV, corporate/music video or TV commercial with useful information on geographic factors, weather conditions, convenient itineraries and travel connections, accommodation conditions in the hotels, and all kind of important issues.
We help to save MONEY. Most experienced and flexible film crews, excellent infrastructure will be provided. They work fast and quite professionally to ensure efficiency as well as results.
We do our best to save TIME. All preliminary location scouting and research work is done in advance. This helps to make a well-balanced final decision. And it saves time.
We have connections and local CONTACTS. If necessary, local authorities, landowners or other resources will be involved to help production.
